To develop annual work plan, program calendar based on state teachers training policy for educational quality enhancement.
Analysis of achievement status of students on the basis of NAS, SLAS and developing action plan based on it and implement throughout the district.
To develop pre-service and in-service training module and impart it to teachers and also supervise whether it is effective or not.
To organize meeting, discussion on educational policies as well as planning for the district educational quality enhancement and execution.
To enrich BRC, CRC, URC for quality education.
To work at various educational programs with governmental institution for quality achievement.
